Spares Registration Form
What position do you prefer to play? *

Cost is $25 to register and $15 per game.

The $25 is due at registration and is to cover insurance costs.

The $15 per game will be due when you are called to play.

Spares MUST prove they are fully vaccinated before stepping in the arena.

We do not guarantee games for spares, they will be called based on need and availability.
