-Female Ice Hockey is established as an official sport in the BC Winter games in Prince George. K-J sent over 100 letters on behalf of the BC Girls Ice Hockey Ass’n to make this happen (another dream come true)

-Goals of tournament are to increase awareness that women can and still play hockey, to have a reunion with past and present players, and to spark an interest in the 2005 World Masters Games in Edmonton, where female hockey is one of 27 sports!
-Three teams (Eagles, the Misfits & Kamloops Collision Coyotes) represent Kamloops at the World Masters Games. The Misfits win gold in the “C” 30+ division and the Coyotes win Bronze in the “B” 35+ division

Seven teams in the Kamloops Women's Recreation Hockey league at the Ice Box arena. The players organize league duties because of management changes at the arena.
